@PuNkYsHuNgRy Yes, it is possible, you just need to delete the station location where it was placed.
Came across a newer project called NXTChain. Spoke with the co founder on a call and they are building a decentralized aws.
There is hardware nodes that will run at home for lower importance instances, like a website to a mom and pop shop that doesnt need 99.9999% uptime with slas. There would be nodes people can buy that would get hosted in data centers around the world for mission critial stuff that needs slas and 99.9999% uptime.
So both needs are segmented. Again unit sales would only happen as workload demand is there. They recently got funding from VCs in Dubai. I read there whitepaper today (not public yet) it sounds solid.
Expect the hardware to cost the sameish area of the DeEEP devices (and specs). Looking forward to them joining a Moken community call I host to answer peoples questions.
The website and stuff is not launched yet. It should be by end of month. They recently got Aethirs marketing person to join their team so l will be expecting some strong marketing from them soon.
Looks like these node projects are popping up everywhere. I wonder which one will take the crown. NXTChain will seemly have workloads ready for the device unlike some other node projects.
Theres a bunch of exciting news I would love to share but can’t just yet. What do you guys think about the node projects?
You can’t use someone else’s geosigner, it’s tied to your station name. You’ll have to contact wingbits.
